PAM REGLER

Lisensed Conveyancer - Director - Managing Partner

Pam has been dealing with property work since 1997. Her experiences include option agreements, overage elements of property transactions, lease extensions selling, purchasing and leasing of commercial property, including commercial mortgages. She also deals with small business who are involved in taking or granting leases.

Regler & Company have built strong customer relationships. These have resulted in many repeat clients and recommendations and we always look forward to assisting another business with their next opportunity.

Pam also deals with all aspects of probate, with a wide range of estate administration, matters drafting of Wills and related inheritance tax advice, and advice and preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney

JAHANARA (JAY) SYED

Solicitor LLB (Hons) - Director

Jay qualified as a Solicitor in August 2015 and works in the Residential Property Department.

Specialising in residential conveyancing and leasehold transactions, Jay brings a personable and friendly approach to transactions, with a focus on helping private clients achieve their goals. She is recognised as an experienced and capable solicitor who can tailor her approach to suit individual client needs and achieve a swift conclusion to the transaction.

Jay is a speaker of Bengali language.

In addition to standard property transactions, Jay has experience including: New builds. Help to buy. Shared ownership. Unregistered land. Transfers of equity and Transfers of Part. Attending to all lending facilities including re-mortgages, equity release. Auction sales and purchases.

DEBBIE CHAPLIN

Legal Assistant

Debbie has more than 30 years experience working in the law. Previously she worked for Honniball and Company Solicitors and now assists Pam.

MARYLIN HOLLIDAY

Legal Assistant

Marylin assists Pam with LPA's and the preparation of Wills. Marylin has worked in the law for many years and brings a wealth of experience to the team. 

BRIAN REGLER

Consultant Solicitor BA (Hons) - Director

Brian Regler is a founding partner of Regler and Company Solicitors. Brian practices as a consultant solicitor on a part time basis.

AISHA KHAN

Paralegal LLB (Hons)

Aisha is a Law Graduate, completing her degree at the University of Westminster. Aisha joined Regler and Company in 2023 and assists Jay Syed with all aspects of Residential Property and hopes to qualify as a Solicitor and specialise in Property Law.

NICKY IND

Office Administrator

Nicky joined Regler and Company in 2023 and supports our fee earners and staff with reception duties, answering phones and general office and file administration.

TAMSIN LESTER-JOHN

Trainee Solicitor LLB (Hons)

Tamsin is currently undertaking her final year of her Legal Practice Course with the University of Law, joining Regler and Company as a trainee solicitor in September 2024.

Tamsin specialises in Private Client work, with a range of experience in drafting Wills, both simple and complex, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax and Trust advice and Probate and Estate Administration.

Tamsin will also complete seats in residential and commercial property, and family law, as part of her training contract.
